WOOD SUPPLY ROLL WITH REPLACEMENT STICKERS The invention relates to a wood feed roller according to the preamble of claim 1. The wood feed roller is designed and adapted for harvesting, energy wood or multifunctional wood feeders used in forestry machines for treating trees. Because of the variety of designations currently used for wood grabs, these applications will be referred to collectively as the wood grapple. The wood feed rollers transmit the power of the feed motor forward to the wood, allowing the wood to be fed forward or backward in the wood handling grapple. When feeding forward, the wood is cut down and the wood can be fed to the desired cutting position. The feed roller according to the invention is provided with bobbins. Spools refer to free-swinging roll pads placed on the surface of a feed roll, usually a resilient material, e.g., rubber 20. The surface of the stick is fitted with gripping pins that stick to the wood. The gripper can move, for example, over the rubber in the direction of compression of the wood and swing over the rubber according to the surface of the wood. The problem with conventional wood feed rollers with spools has been the complex structure, especially if the pads have been made interchangeable. As is evident from DE102005060229, separate fastening plates, shaft pins and their fastening bolts have been used to secure the stickers, which complicate the feed roller structure and make them heavy and expensive. These factors have prevented removable pads from becoming more common on the feed roller market, but rather on the market for simpler feed rolls on fixed, not interchangeable spools. A problem with cheaper rollers with fixed holding spikes 35 is the interchangeability of the holding spikes. It has been easier to replace the entire roll with a new one than to start disassembling the roll to replace the stickers. 20185476 prh 23 -05- 2018 The object of the invention has been to create a new type of feed roll on removable pads which simplifies the structure of the feed roll so that the weight and price of the feed roll remain constant when the number of fastening parts of the tag is reduced to a minimum. The feed roller assembly speed is also faster thanks to a smaller proportion. The object of the invention is achieved by a wood feed roller characterized by what is set forth in the characterizing part of independent claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the invention are set forth in the dependent claims. The center plate of the wood feed roller frame has mounting brackets that attach it to the wood handling grapple. For example, bolt fittings are used to secure the wood feed roller to the feeder 15 motor which rotates the wood feed roller. Conical mounting or other mechanical mounting methods can also be used for motor mounting. The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which the figures illustrate the structure of the wood feed roller and illustrate its operation. Figure 1 illustrates the complete wood feed roller with non-replaceable bobbin trees. Figure 2 shows a standard non-replaceable holding plate with a fixed shaft. Fig. 3 shows a wood feed roll according to the invention with interchangeable bollards. In the picture, one holding tag is removed between the rims. The picture also shows two different options for hooking the holding pad that can be mounted in place of the removed tag. Figure 4 is a front view of a wood feed roller according to the invention. 20185476 prh 23 -05- 2018 Figures 5-6 show the structure of the wood feed roller according to the invention in more detail in section and magnification. Fig. 1 shows a wood feed roller, a conventional holding tag 1, 5 provided with a fixed shaft pin 3. The gripping tags 1 have gripping pins 2 on which the wood feeding roller sticks to the tree. The holding pads 1 are secured on both sides to the feed roller rim 4 by an axle pin 3. The shaft pin 3 slides and pivots in the feed roller groove 5. The outer surface 6 of the shaft pin 3 acts as a bearing as the pin moves in the groove 5 Below the gripper 1 is a rubber 7, which dampens the movement of the gripper. The feed roller is attached from the center of the rim 4 to the motor of the wood handling grapple (not shown in the drawings). Figure 2 shows a conventional holding tag 1 with a fixed shaft pin 3. The shaft pin 3 is either a welded, cast or otherwise integral part of the holding plate 1. The outer surface 6 of the shaft pin 3 acts as a bearing. A holding tag 1 with a fixed shaft 3 is placed on the rubber 7 and pressed into the rims 4 when the feed roller is assembled. The rims 4 are welded to the feed roller. The retaining pad 1 remains trapped between the rims 4 through the shafts 3 and does not come loose except by dismantling the welded structure of the feed roller. The design of the feed roller is really simple, but it is difficult to change the holding pads 1. In Figures 1 and 2 showing the state of the art, reference numerals 1 are used, while Figures 3-6 illustrating the actual invention use reference numeral 12 (and 12A, 12B). Fig. 3 shows a wood feed roller according to the invention, wherein the grip plates 12 mounted on the ul30 test frame are interchangeable with different prong versions 12A and 12B. The prongs 2 of the pins 12 may have different shapes, heights, or the prong pattern may be different. The idea of the invention has been to replace the fixed shaft pin 3 of a conventional holding tag roller with a detachable fastening bolt 10 which is screwed onto the holding tag 35 12 with a thread 9. The holding pad 12A or 12B is pressed against the feed roll resilient material 7, preferably rubber, between the rims 4 20185476 prh 23 -05-2018 and fastening bolts 10 are preferably screwed on both sides of the retaining tab 12 through the grooves 5 of the rim 4. The mounting plate can also be secured with only one bolt, on one side if a fixed shaft pin is used on the other. There may be 4 to 30 holding tabs 12 on 5 feed rolls, most preferably 8 to 20. The retaining bolts 10 of the retaining tags 12 are at least as many as the retaining bolts, or twice the number if the attachment is on either side of the retaining tag. The fastening bolts 10 allow the plates 12 to be replaced without having to remove the feed roller rims 4 from welding. Figure 4 is a front view of a wood feed roller according to the invention. The dimension D1 indicates the elastic travel of the holding pad 12 (in the direction of the compression of the wood) in the rim groove 5 on the rubber 7. The dimension D1 may be 1-30 mm, most preferably 5-15 mm. The dimension AI indicates the 15 rotation angles of the retainer 12 in the groove 5 on the rubber 7. The pivoting angle α of the pad may be 5-120 °, most preferably 10-20 °. The dimension D2 represents the diameter 11 of the base portion of the fastening bolt 10 of the retainer 12. The diameter D2 of the base may be 10-40 mm, most preferably 16-30 mm. The base 11 of the fastening bolt 10 has the same diameter as the groove 5 of the rim 4. Figure 5 is a sectional view A of Figure 4. Fig. 6 is an enlarged view B of the section A of Fig. 4, showing how the retaining tab 12 is fastened by bolts 10 to the rim 4 on both sides. The bolts 10 are secured by the threads 9 to the retaining plate 12. The base 11 of the bolts 10 act as the axis of the retaining pad 12, whereby they move in the groove 5 in the direction of compression of the wood and pivot according to the surface of the wood. The rubber 7 receives the movements of the holding pad in the direction of compression and rotation. The mounting plate 30 of the holding plate 12 acts as a bearing surface for the bolts 10 of the bolts 10. When the materials of the fastening bolt and rim 4 are selected, a wear-resistant pair of bearings is formed between them and no additional bearings or lubrication is required. The invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, but may vary within the inventive concept of the appended claims.
